This is one of my favorite recipes that I originally developed in June 2018.
Raw Nut Granola is loaded with healthy nuts and seeds, which contain a ton of essential vitamins, minerals and fats that help manage inflammation in the body and also help to maintain normal cell structure for all the cells in the body! Raw Nut Granola is the perfect food to start your day or give you an afternoon boost as a quick snack.
- 1/4 cup Walnuts
- 1/2 cup Almonds
- 1/4 cup Pumpkin Seeds
- 1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds
- 2/3 cup Gluten-Free Oats
- 1/3 cup Raisins and/or Dried Cranberries
- 6 Medjool Dates, pitted
- 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- Dash of Pink Himalayan Salt
- Ground Cinnamon to taste
Put all ingredients into food processor and blend until nuts are roughly chopped. This recipe makes about 4-6 servings (350 cal/233 cal), depending on serving size preference.
Serve with non-dairy milk and top with fruit or use as a topping for a smoothie bowl!
Store Raw Nut Granola in an air-tight container in refrigerator for up to 5 days.
