These energy bites are the perfect quick snack to boost your energy when you’re running low and they are super easy to make with just 5 simple ingredients!
- 2/3 cup Gluten-Free Oats
- 1 cup of Medjool Dates
- 1/4 cup Raw Cacao Nibs
- 1/4 cup Raw Almond Butter (or another nut butter, if you prefer)
- 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
Place ingredients into food processor and blend until the mixture begins to form large clumps. Roll small amounts into bite size balls (or if you want, use a food scale to measure them out to 20 grams per piece).
This recipe should make about 18 Energy Bites. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to five days.
